Bookings
Bookings must be made online and are subject to availability.
Payments
Payment is required to secure your place.
Missed Classes
Unfortunately, missed classes cannot usually be refunded or transferred.
Cancellations
If Dinophonics needs to cancel a session, an alternative session or refund will be offered where possible.
Parent/Carer Responsibility
Dinophonics is a parent/carer participation class. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or carer at all times.
Health
Please do not attend if you or your child has a contagious illness or is unwell.
Behaviour
We aim to provide a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone. Respectful behaviour towards staff and other families is expected at all times.

While every reasonable care is taken, Dinophonics accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury except where required by law.
